Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
There will be two prize draws, one for Nova Energy residential customers and one for Nova Energy commercial customers. The winner of each prize draw will receive one $500 credit (including GST) on their next Nova Energy bill. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must be an existing Nova Energy customer and join the Nova Energy Customer Panel by no later than 30 September 2015. The prize draws will each take place on 1 October 2015 and the winners will be chosen at random. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 48 hours after the prize draws. If either winner is unable to be contacted within this time, a re-draw for that particular prize will take place. The prizes are not negotiable, transferable or redeemable for cash. By entering this prize draw, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Nova Energy's decisions on all matters, including eligibility of entries, operation of prize draw and allocation of prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Nova Energy reserves the right to add any additional promotions or amend these terms and conditions in any way at any time.
